Life, and today’s world, is characterized by constant change and challenges. Resilience and wisdom are fundamental qualities that help us to deal with the ups and downs of life. While these qualities are often considered individual characteristics, a community can make a significant contribution to the development of resilience and wisdom.
Resilience, the ability to emerge stronger a setback, is an essential part of personal growth. A community provides a supportive environment in which people can develop their resilience. By sharing experiences and challenges, members of a community can learn from and encourage each other. This cohesion and support can help people become more resilient and better able to cope with stress and difficulties.
A community also offers the opportunity to develop wisdom. Wisdom is the ability to learn from experience and make wise decisions. By sharing different perspectives and life experiences, members of a community can learn from each other and expand their knowledge. The diversity of perspectives and ideas in a community encourages critical thinking and allows people to consider different viewpoints. This process of learning and growing together can lead to a deeper wisdom based on a wide range of experiences and insights.
In addition, a community also provides a space for reflection and self-development. through regular exchange

Since 2010 I am supporting people in their personal and transpersonal development, in their resilience, transfromation and realization processes.
For many years, my activities in the fields of international air-rescue, crises management and alternative practitioner, taught me to stay in the places of transformation and completion, to face the unknown and to practice surrendering to renewal.
Early in my life, death and birth have become dear companions. Today they lead people to me who are in deep transformation processes, in the discovery of life and true nature.
The openness of my heart and my focus on the soul of my fellow human beings originates in nature. The stillness and the forces of nature are giving irresistible birth to my wish, that we meet each other in the depth of our true nature. In the grace of this nature we can experience the forces of healing, development and re-creation. They have the power to emerge new forms of life, cooperations and organizations.
My deep curiosity for the entanglement of spirit and matter has guided my pathways to psychological-, shamanic-energetic-, meditation-, systemic- and integral consciousness work, as well as my research in biophoton emission.
I followed these pathways because the signs of my soul and the one of the world are imperturbable. A new time has dawn.
My motivations to develop and to found Transcendere are the individual and collective challenges entangled with our transformative time.
It is a contribution to explore and expand the consciousness and to open too transformation.
It is an offer to human beings who want to get conscious of their masks and the depths of their being.
It is a possibility to realize our full human potential in a beautiful, loving and powerful way in the world.
It is an invitation to organizations, who want to unfold the soul of their people and their endeavour, to create their future from a different place with more perspective and sustainable innovation forces.
It is a call for for a new paradigm in health and development aligned with nature.
And it is also my gratitude to life and the humans, for all what I have received as a gift from them in the past and in every new moment.
